We are looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team at our headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for driving recruitment across multiple countries, with a focus on Business Development and Commercial roles, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent to support our international growth.
While the main focus of the role is recruitment, there will be opportunities to gradually expand into broader HR partnering responsibilities.
What you'll do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across different countries, with a primary focus on Business Development, Sales, and Partnerships positions.
- Partner with international hiring managers to understand market-specific needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Draft and publish engaging, localized job postings on LinkedIn, job boards, and relevant communities.
- Proactively source, engage, and nurture top talent pipelines for different regions.
- Utilize ATS (Workable) and AI-powered recruitment tools to manage pipelines, KPIs, and reporting.
- Support and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires across regions.

Candidate Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to international or regional hiring.
- Strong background in Business Development / Commercial role recruitment.
- Familiarity with multi-country recruitment processes and local market nuances.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees across diverse regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, HQ-based environment supporting multiple markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
