Αρμοδιότητες

Η περιγραφή της θέσης εργασίας περιλαμβάνει τις παρακάτω αρμοδιότητες :


• Την ανάπτυξη και εκτέλεση της στρατηγικής προμήθειών πρώτων υλών και υπηρεσιών της εταιρείας σε συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα


• Την διαπραγμάτευση οικονομικών όρων, τρόπων πληρωμής, τιμών, minimum αξία και προγραμματισμό διανομής παραγγελιών ανά προμηθευτή.


• Διαχείριση των εμπορικών συμφωνιών και εκπτώσεων με τους προμηθευτές


• Συγκέντρωση δειγμάτων και  τεχνικών προδιαγραφών σε συνεργασία με τα τμήματα έρευνας και ανάπτυξης (R&D) και το τμήμα λειτουργίας


• Την έρευνα αγοράς και αξιολόγηση νέων και υπαρχόντων προμηθευτών με κριτήρια όπως καταλληλόλητα τεχνικών προδιαγραφών, ποιότητα, διαθεσιμότητα, χρόνο παράδοσης και κόστος


• Την παρακολούθηση και διασφάλιση της αποτελεσματικής επίλυσης θεμάτων με προμηθευτές που σχετίζονται με την πιθανή μη συμμόρφωση τους στους όρους συνεργασίας ή στην μη ορθή εκτέλεση των παραγγελιών


• Την δημιουργία εκθέσεων, στατιστικών αναλύσεων προς την διοίκηση, σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας


• Το σχεδιασμό του pricing policy των νέων ειδών με βάση την κερδοφορία που έχει ορισθεί ανά κατηγορία προϊόντων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:


• Πτυχίο ανώτατης εκπαίδευσης στη Διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων


• Μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο ΜΒΑ / MSc θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα


• Πιστοποίηση προμηθειών ή αντίστοιχου πεδίου θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα


• 3-5 έτη προϋπηρεσία σε τμήμα προμηθειών . Θα θεωρηθεί extra προσόν η γνώση της HORECA αγοράς


• Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP


• Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών


• Διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες


• Ικανότητα προγραμματισμού και συντονισμού εργασιών


• Ομαδικό πνεύμα, ικανότητα ανάπτυξης ομαλών διαπροσωπικών σχέσεων


• Ευέλικτο πνεύμα, προνοητική στάση


• Εστίαση στην επίλυση προβλημάτων


• Ικανότητα ανάληψης ευθυνών


• Άριστη ικανότητα παρουσιάσεων (δημιουργία και απόδοση)


• Άριστη ικανότητα αντίληψης και ανάλυσης καταστάσεων


• Ικανότητα κατανόησης και εκπλήρωσης των επιχειρηματικών στόχων


• Ικανότητα συνεργασίας με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα
