We're looking for a Real Estate Leads Coordinator to join our team in our fast-growing company in the Real Estate sector.

Tasks:

  • Manage Leads for both Sales & Rental departments
  • Records, sources, assigns, and tracks all leads. First point of contact in handling customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Property Leads Manager to assign leads appropriately.
  • Lead Distribution: Forward new client requests from all the portals to agents.
  • Maintains contact database system and back-office support. Ensures that all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed
  • Continual follow-up with lead opportunities

Skills & Abilities

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Real Estate sector.
  • Excellent command in English and Greek, both written and oral.
  • MS Office familiarity.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Reliability and responsibility
  • Customer service orientation.
