In Systems Management at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' IT infrastructure. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining and optimizing their systems, ensuring they're always running at peak performance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3 to 4 years Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of Zabbix monitoring suite
• Experience and knowledge with Dynatrace platform
• Working experience of monitoring and event management of heterogeneous environment
• Experience with logging, search, and visualization tools such as the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Grafana
• End-to-end automation of IT service management processes experience and skills.
• Strong skills in creating event correlation and alert triggering mechanisms.
• Skills in integrations of Zabbix or Dynatrace with other third-party tools
• Linux server operations and troubleshooting experience in large environments.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
• Core networking domain technology knowledge & experience such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, TLS, and network virtualization.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude and working style.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• Certified professional with relevant experience
• Implemented transition of monitoring tools from on-premises to cloud M&E
• Hands-on experience of ServiceNow and other ticketing tools
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, etc
• Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
