Financial Analyst

REGenerate, a subsidiary company of Resolute Cepal Greece Group, is seeking an outstanding Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team to support in the selection of real estate assets and preparation of financial models and business plans for the execution of development/refurbishment projects.

Main focus is to provide Refurbishment/Development services with the aim of safeguarding Real Estate value or value-add initiatives for granular portfolio of assets or large commercial real estate, targeting capital appreciation and optimised rental income. Range of services include: business plans, development management, construction management/monitoring, and asset commercialization (rental and sales).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform review of assets and identify value-add opportunities.
• Build financial models (in Excel and/or other tools) and performing related financial analysis, with particular focus on real estate and asset management related modelling.
• Develop business plans and turnaround strategies.
• Responsible for the preparation of market reports, Real Estate data analysis.
• Prepare client presentations and reports.
• Presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven relevant professional experience 3-5 years in Greece.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate or related fields (e.g. Civil Engineering, Planning & Development, Property Appraisal) or Finance / Business discipline. A postgraduate degree is considered a plus.
• Solid grasp of financial analysis/financial modelling, with particular focus on real estate and asset management related modelling.
• Strong communication, analytical and data organization/interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with project management will be considered a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• A strong team-player, flexible and adaptable to different environments.
• Native level Greek and fluency in English- written and spoken are an absolute must.
