The company is an exclusive distributor of leading machine manufacturers and consumables for the meat industry, covering the Greek, Cyprus, and Balkan markets.

We are looking for a motivated 
Sales Engineer
 to join our commercial team, eager to develop his/her career in a growing and modern business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of
    food processing machinery
    and related solutions to existing and new customers.
  • Provide technical consultation and propose tailored solutions to meat-processing companies.
  • Develop new projects in cooperation with production managers, engineers, and decision-makers at customer sites.
  • Expand customer base and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver project proposals, offers, and regular written reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Engineering (Master's degree a plus).
  • Experience in sales of industrial equipment, preferably in the food/meat processing sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of machinery operation and the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
  • Excellent command of Greek & English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about achieving targets.
