PeopleCert is looking for a future-focused Head of Media to shape and lead our end-to-end media strategy, with a sharp focus on digital performance, innovation, and measurable impact. With cross-functional experience—spanning both media agencies and digitally mature brands—you'll bring a strategic mindset, executional excellence, and a deep understanding of how media drives business growth. This is a high-impact role for a media leader ready to push boundaries and deliver results.
As Head of Media your tasks will be the following:
- Develop and lead the company's integrated media strategy across digital, offline, and emerging platforms.
- Own the media investment approach—optimizing mix, targeting, and channel allocation for maximum business impact.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in digital media, including programmatic, social, search, and performance marketing.
- Spearhead the evolution of media thinking in the organization by championing data-driven digital marketing.
- Stay ahead of trends in ad tech, martech, audience targeting, and measurement.
- Drive digital maturity by aligning performance media with CRM, data analytics, and business KPIs.
- Lead relationships with media agencies, tech vendors, platforms, and publishers.
- Offering expert advice to help improve PR and media planning activities
- Set KPIs, and oversee execution quality and accountability.
- Foster strong collaboration between agency and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Work closely with brand, content, e-commerce, and product teams to ensure media is integrated into campaign development from the start.
- Collaborate with Data & Insights teams to continuously optimize performance and attribution.
- Establish best practices and training programs to grow internal capabilities and media literacy across marketing.
- Set clear objectives and metrics for brand and performance media.
- Deliver regular reporting to senior leadership on media effectiveness and budget efficiency.
What we look for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline. A Master's Degree in similar field will be considered an asset,
- 12–15 years of experience in media strategy and execution, with a strong bias toward digital.
- Experience in top media agencies or client-side at brands with strong digital footprint.
- Deep knowledge of digital ecosystems—paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, and data-driven marketing.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable business results.
- Excellent knowledge of English (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus) Extra languages desired.
- Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable
- Experience leading high-performing teams and working with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and understanding of media attribution models.
- Passion for innovation and testing new media platforms and technologies.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to influence across senior levels.
- Fluent in digital media metrics, tools, and emerging trends.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
Financial background check
Employment reference check.
If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
