Η ELPEN Α.Ε. Φαρμακευτική Βιομηχανία, για το Εργοστάσιο της στο Πικέρμι Αττικής, αναζητά Plant Shift Supervisor (Προϊστάμενο/η Βάρδιας).

Περιγραφή Θέσης Εργασίας

  • Επίβλεψη της λειτουργίας και της εφαρμογής του προγραμματισμού του Εργοστασίου κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας
  • Παρακολούθηση και συντονισμός της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας και του ποιοτικού ελέγχου κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας
  • Συντονισμός τεχνικών βάρδιας και ευθύνη για τη καλή λειτουργία του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού, εγκαταστάσεων και οργάνων ελέγχου
  • Ευθύνη για την ασφαλή διακίνηση υλικών και προϊόντων στους χώρους του Εργοστασίου
  • Ενημέρωση του συστήματος ERP για δεδομένα παραγωγής
  • Συμμετοχή στη διαχείριση τεχνικών θεμάτων που αφορούν την παραγωγή
  • Τήρηση αρχείου με κωδικούς, αποδόσεις και θέματα που προκύπτουν

Προαπαιτούμενα θέσης εργασίας:

  • Ακαδημαϊκό υπόβαθρο τεχνικών, θετικών ή συναφών σχολών
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε φαρμακευτικό ή βιομηχανικό κλάδο θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε απογευματινή και νυχτερινή βάρδια
  • Βασική γνώση των εργαλείων του Microsoft Office, ιδίως του Excel
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Ικανότητες οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης του χρόνου
  • Άμεση ανταπόκριση στην επίλυση προβλημάτων
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας σε ομαδικό και διατμηματικό περιβάλλον
  • Ενεργή επικοινωνία και συντονισμός ενεργειών για την ομαλή ροή εργασιών
