About Mindspace: Mindspace is a non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating the entrepreneurial mindset among youth. Through programs like Mindspace University and Mindspace Trip, we connect aspiring entrepreneurs with mentors and opportunities across Greece, Europe, and the USA.

Position: Program Coordinator (Volunteer)

Location: Athens, Greece (with opportunities for international travel)

Time Commitment:

Approximately 6-8 hours per week. During travel to events or programs (e.g., Spain or the USA), responsibilities and time commitment will align with the event schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize Online Meetings: Coordinate and facilitate virtual sessions for Mindspace programs, ensuring seamless communication between participants, mentors, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Mindspace Trip to the USA: Assist in planning and executing the annual entrepreneurial trip to the USA, including logistics, scheduling, and participant engagement.
  • Organize and Attend In-Person Meetings in Athens: Plan and participate in local events, workshops, and meetings to promote Mindspace's mission and programs.
