Right now we're looking for a Junior Research Operations Executive to play a key role in our Research Team in Athens. As our Junior Research Operations Executive you'll be responsible for working on the operational aspect of multiple multinational market research projects, including scripting, script checking, fieldwork management, data uploads, and data checking. The role also entails communicating with our panel partners, translation providers, and our scripting partners around the world.
This is an internal role, with the Research Executive responsible for supporting client-facing researchers in London and New York teams.

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. Here's what the team will be looking for:

Quickly learn and follow internal processes to work independently, efficiently, and accurately to make decisions to meet deadlines Communicate clearly and concisely with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring all necessary information is shared Approve questionnaire scripts, check translations, and ensure data quality through thorough reviews Manage project launches, coordinate with data teams, and monitor fieldwork progress Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve workflows, test new tools, and support adoption.
