Καθοδηγείς & υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα σου στην καθημερινότητα

Παρακολουθείς στόχους & ενθαρρύνεις τη συνεχή βελτίωση

Δημιουργείς ένα θετικό και ενωτικό περιβάλλον

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Άριστη γνώση της αγοράς του ρεύματος και του φυσικού αερίου

  • Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια προϋπηρεσία σε διαχείριση ομάδας πωλήσεων στον κλάδο της ενέργειας

  • Ηγετικές ικανότητες με έμφαση στην παρακίνηση ,την εμψύχωση και την προσαρμογή σε διαφορετικές προσωπικότητες της ομάδας

  • Ικανότητα αναγνώρισης των αναγκών του κάθε μέλους της ομάδας και εκπαίδευση με σκοπό την ανάπτυξη των ικανοτήτων τους

  • Ενέργεια και πάθος για την επιτυχία της ομάδας

Ομαδικότητα ,επαγγελματισμός και δυνατότητα προσαρμογής στις αλλαγές

  • Νοοτροπία νικητή με λύση για κάθε πρόβλημα
