Position Overview
We are seeking an
experienced Business Analyst
to join our
Business Analysis Career Family
, part of the
Group Organization and Business Analysis unit within Group IT
.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals to engage in projects related to diverse products and services. The position involves analyzing business needs, supporting implementation teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of functional solutions.

By joining this role, you'll be part of the
Core Banking
Business Analysis team
responsible for creating a detailed business analysis document, outlining solutions and opportunities for new business initiatives, taking into account the risk assessment and compliance obligation and ensuring that the deliverables are in accordance with those required.As a
Business Analyst
you will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business unit.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Understanding and Analyzing Requirements:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and comprehend business needs.
• Analyze existing processes related to various products and services to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in documenting business and technical requirements for new or enhanced services.

Collaboration With Technical Teams

• Work alongside IT teams to ensure that developed solutions align with business requirements.
• Support the translation of business needs into technical specifications.

Testing And Quality Assurance

• Participate in the development and execution of test scenarios to validate that solutions meet documented requirements.
• Assist in identifying and resolving issues during the testing phase.

User Support And Documentation

• Contribute to the creation of user guides and training materials to facilitate the adoption of new system features.
• Provide support to end-users during the implementation of new functionalities.

You Will Be a Great Candidate If You

• Hold a Bachelor or higher degree (focus on Business Administration, Finance, Product Development, IT or a related field).
• Have 5-10 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Are experienced in the customer management framework for both individuals and legal entities, as well as knowledge of deposit products/services.
• Are well-versed in regulatory compliance requirements related to customer on boarding and maintenance (e.g., KYC, Customer Due Diligence)
• Have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Are Proficient of the MS Office suite (incl. Visio, Microsoft project)
• Are familiar with development methodologies (waterfall & scrum/agile methodology)
• Are fluent in Greek & English language
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility and can-do attitude
