Business Analyst

Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.

We are looking for a Business Analyst responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining business applications that support debt management operations.

Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, the role is responsible for:

• Assisting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams by participating in the analysis of business needs to be supported by relevant systems;
• Conducting thorough analysis, preparing specifications and communicating to both internal/external teams for review and approval;
• Designing and implementing solutions that address business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards;
• Participating in the implementation/ testing processes, preparation/ reviewing/ executing test scenarios;
• Providing exceptional service to both internal end-users and external Vendors by logging, tracking and resolving incidents, responding to and following up on queries and issues based on criticality;
• Providing ongoing support for business applications;
• Collaborating with Business Process Analysts team to apply systems abilities to processes, participating in development/ review operational manuals and procedure documents;
• Managing vendors regarding incidents, new developments and delivery dates;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis and application support for at least 2 years, preferably in the banking and recoveries sector;
• Experience on Banking systems (CRM, Core, DMS etc) would be advantageous;
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail and high level of ownership;
• English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
