ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΘΕΣΗΣ

Η εταιρεία ζητά υπεύθυνο εγκαταστάσεων οικιακών κτιρίων & επαγγελματικών χώρων

ΑΡΜΟΔΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ:

-Τηλεφωνική διεκπεραίωση αιτημάτων και διευθέτηση έκτακτων επισκευών, βλαβών & τεχνικών προβλημάτων σε συνεννόηση με συνεργαζόμενα συνεργεία.

-Σύνταξη μηνιαίου προγράμματος εργασιών για έκδοση κοινοχρήστων δαπανών σε μηχανογραφικό σύστημα , ενημέρωση εισπράξεων & τήρηση οικονομικού αρχείου.

-Πληρωμές λογαριασμών & συνεργείων – συνεργατών.

-Παρακολούθηση συναλλαγών & εμβασμάτων κάθε μήνα.

-Σύνταξη & αποστολή προσφορών, προγραμματισμός συναντήσεων στα κτίρια.

ΤΥΠΙΚΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ

-Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης.

  • Αντίστοιχη προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών.

-Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών επιπέδου Lower.

-Πολύς καλός χειρισμός Η/Υ και Microsoft office (word, excel, internet κλπ).

-Δίπλωμα οδήγησης Α' ή Β' κατηγορίας & κάτοχος μεταφ.μέσου.
