Περιγραφή Ρόλου

Αναζητούμε ένα άτομο για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα του 
e-shop μας,
, στο πλαίσιο
6μηνης πρακτικής άσκησης πλήρους απασχόλησης
 με φυσική παρουσία στο Ίλιον.

Ως 
E-Commerce Operations Assistant
, θα μας υποστηρίξεις στην καθημερινή λειτουργία του ηλεκτρονικού μας καταστήματος, αναλαμβάνοντας:

  • Τη διεκπεραίωση και παρακολούθηση online παραγγελιών
  • Την επικοινωνία με πελάτες για ενημέρωση και εξυπηρέτηση
  • Την ενασχόληση με καθημερινές εργασίες που αφορούν τη σωστή λειτουργία του e-shop, καθώς και τη συμβολή σε προτάσεις και βελτιώσεις για τη συνεχή ανάπτυξή του

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής σε πρακτική άσκηση διάρκειας 6 μηνών από εκπαιδευτικό ίδρυμα
    μεταδευτεροβάθμιας (ΙΕΚ) και τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης (ΑΕΙ, ΤΕΙ, Κολλέγια).
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (B2)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Οργανωτικές ικανότητες, ευγένεια και άριστες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας


Επιπλέον Προσόντα που θα σε κάνουν να ξεχωρίσεις

  • Εμπειρία στις πωλήσεις ή/και στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Γνώση 
    HTML
     και 
    WordPress
  • Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία 
    design για ιστοσελίδες
     (π.χ. Canva, Photoshop)
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (
    C1, C2)

Μέσα από αυτή την πρακτική, θα έχεις την ευκαιρία να αποκτήσεις ουσιαστική εμπειρία σε πραγματικό περιβάλλον e-commerce και να συνεργαστείς με μια δυναμική ομάδα που εξελίσσεται διαρκώς σε έναν από τους πιο ανταγωνιστικούς κλάδους της ελληνικής αγοράς.

και πραγματοποιείται στο πλαίσιο προγράμματος σπουδών εκπαιδευτικών ιδρυμάτων
