The Role: Operations Assistant & Front Desk
We are looking for a motivated and organized team member to support our day-to-day operations, front desk duties, and actively assist the Sales Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop professionally, contribute to a fast-growing company, and gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily administrative support to the operations and sales departments
• Welcome visitors, manage phone calls, emails, and appointments
• Maintain a professional and organized front desk and reception area
• Communicate with suppliers and external partners for order follow-ups and documentation
• Support the Sales Team
• Monitor and order office supplies; assist in keeping the office running smoothly
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure efficient internal workflows
What We're Looking For
• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
• Some experience in an office, administrative, or sales support role
•Strong communication skills in Greek and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
