Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you'll ensure user-generated content complies with platform policies. Your responsibilities will include reviewing content, handling user appeals, and working closely with the team to maintain a safe and positive digital environment. Staying up to date with emerging trends will also help improve moderation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Monitoring: Review videos, audio, comments, and links to ensure they meet community standards, identifying and removing inappropriate content
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure all content, including images and titles, complies with platform guidelines
  • User Interaction: Handle user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation decisions
  • Compliance: Work with your team to meet industry regulations and ensure adherence
  • Trend Monitoring: Analyze emerging user behaviors and adapt moderation strategies to minimize risks
  • Process Optimization: Offer feedback to improve moderation tools and practices

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
  • At least one year of experience in customer support
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
