HR Coordinator

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Συμμετέχει στον κύκλο διαχείρισης του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.
  • Υποστηρίζει τις διαδικασίες του HR όπως τη σύνταξη αγγελιών, την αξιολόγηση βιογραφικών, τη συμμετοχή σε συνεντεύξεις επιλογής καθώς και την υλοποίηση onboarding πλάνων για νέες προσλήψεις.
  • Σχεδιάζει και υλοποιεί στοχευμένες δράσεις για την ενίσχυση της εμπειρίας των εργαζομένων εντός του οργανισμού όπως wellbeing πρωτοβουλίες καθώς και η οργάνωση εσωτερικών εκδηλώσεων που ενισχύουν το κλίμα συνεργασίας και την εταιρική συνοχή.
  • Υποστηρίζει τη διαχείριση της εσωτερικής επικοινωνίας μέσω σύνταξης και αποστολής newsletters, ανακοινώσεων και διοργάνωσης συναντήσεων.
  • Συμμετοχή στο σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων ανάπτυξης, περιλαμβανομένων εσωτερικών trainings, mentoring schemes και career development πλάνων.
  • Υποστηρίζει την εφαρμογή και συστηματική αναθεώρηση πολιτικών HR, με σκοπό τη διασφάλιση συνέπειας, συμμόρφωσης και ευθυγράμμισης με τη νομοθεσία και τις ανάγκες του προσωπικού.
  • Παρακολουθεί τους βασικούς δείκτες απόδοσης του HR καθώς και συμμετέχει ενεργά σε έρευνες ικανοποίησης προσωπικού.

Απαιτήσεις:

  • Πτυχίο ΑEI στη Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς τομέα.
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών στην Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού ή Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • 6 έως 8 έτη εργασιακής εμπειρίας στο Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, τόσο προφορικά όσο και γραπτά.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (ιδίως Excel & PowerPoint).
