Let's start with the role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated CRM Executive to join our team, who will be responsible for implementing and monitoring CRM campaigns to keep our customers engaged and satisfied. The successful candidate will manage promotions and rewards, ensure accurate and timely communications across channels, perform quality checks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
As a CRM Executive, you will:
- Execute CRM strategies to engage and retain our customer base, using best practices to ensure optimal results;
- Execute and fulfill various promotions and offers efficiently;
- Set up all promotions in the area of responsibility, including reward set up, ensure the visibility of these promotions on the websites, and set up all relevant communications across channels such as email, private messages, push notifications, and SMS;
- Ensure that the layout, design, and content of communications are optimized for the best results in all CRM campaigns;
- Monitor customer contact and delivery KPIs and support the strategy to maximize customer engagement;
- Monitor bonus and reward allocation for Sportsbook and Casino customers, ensuring that bonuses are allocated within agreed timescales and budgets;
- Work cross-functionally with various groups, including but not limited to the Customer Lifecycle team, Technology, and Content teams;
- Compile and distribute up-to-date reporting on ongoing and completed campaigns, measuring all relevant CRM KPIs;
- Perform QA of all automated campaigns and ad-hoc sends to ensure quality standards are met;
- Ensure that content is published on time and is consistently of high quality;
- Conduct reviews and analyses of all CRM activities to ensure optimal results;
- Coordinate CRM campaign communication with other departments and teams.
What you'll bring:
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing;
- Proven CRM experience, particularly with online marketing and automated CRM practices;
- Experience in creating and implementing CRM campaigns across different communication channels;
- Online gaming knowledge will be highly appreciated;
- Knowledge of CRM systems and tools, including experience with e-mail providers (such as Acoustic, Salesforce, Marketo, ExactTarget, or Optimove);
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills;
- Solid understanding of numbers and customer insights;
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail;
- Fluency in verbal and written English.
