What We are looking for

As a CRM Specialist in Novibet, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel customer relationship management campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Data teams to ensure our players receive personalized, engaging, and timely communications across all touchpoints.

What you will work on

  • Design, implement, and manage CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and onsite messaging.
  • Segment customer base and develop personalized journeys to increase engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor and optimize customer communication flows using A/B testing and data-driven strategies.
  • Work with Product and Marketing teams to support promotions, product launches, and player lifecycle activities.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible gaming, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements in all communications.
  • Stay updated on CRM trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, ideally within iGaming, e-commerce, or a digital-first industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek & English (both written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for sports, gaming, or betting industry is a plus.
