Responsibilities

  • Καλωσόρισμα πελατών και διερεύνηση των αναγκών.
  • Παροχή εξαιρετικής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών καλύπτοντας πλήρως τις αναγκες τους.
  • Υπευθυνότητα για τη σωστή οργάνωση του αποθέματος και τη διαχείριση παραλαβών και αποστολών.
  • Συνεργασία με τον Store Manager για την ανάπτυξη στρατηγικών που θα ενισχύσουν τις πωλήσεις και την παραγωγικότητα.
  • Υποστήριξη στην οργάνωση και καθημερινή λειτουργία του καταστήματος.
  • Ηγεσία και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας για την επίτευξη των στόχων πωλήσεων.
  • Ανάπτυξη μιας εις βάθος κατανόησης των προϊόντων και των υπηρεσιών της εταιρείας.

Requirements

  • Τουλάχιστον 4 χρόνια εμπειρίας στον τομέα των πωλήσεων ή σε θέση Assistant Store Manager, ιδανικά στον τομέα της ένδυσης ή αξεσουάρ.
  • Απόφοιτος/η Λυκείου ως ελάχιστο εκπαιδευτικό επίπεδο.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Καλές γνώσεις Η/Υ (χρήση ταμείου).
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και πωλησιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Συνέπεια και υπευθυνότητα.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Φιλική, εξυπηρετική, με αυτοπεποίθηση και ελκυστική προσωπικότητα.
