Job Overview

As the General Manager for our Mykonos property, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in one of the most sought-after destinations in the world. Your mission will be to ensure the highest standards of guest service and operational excellence while driving the financial performance of the hotel. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and effective performance across all departments.
  • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, forecasts, and the P&L, focusing on revenue generation and cost control.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team, establishing a culture of excellence, teamwork, and dedication to guest satisfaction.
  • Enhance the guest experience through innovative service offerings and personalized guest engagement strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, stakeholders, and the community to enhance the hotel's presence and reputation.
  • Utilize guest feedback and performance metrics to develop action plans for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels.
  • Exceptional financial acumen with solid experience in budget management and revenue optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with a commitment to developing and retaining talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Greek is a distinct advantage.
  • Keen understanding of Mykonos culture and hospitality trends.
  • Adaptable, creative, and strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of hotel marketing principles and online reputation management.
  • Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
