We are
looking for an experienced professional to join the Analytics team responsible for developing risk methodologies and delivering analytics projects. The ideal candidate should be numerically literate and proficient in developing analytics methodologies applied in credit and risk management with proven hands-on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and development of innovative rating and business analytics methodologies in Credit Risk, ensuring excellence of deliverables and meeting project timelines.
  • Gaining full understanding of Credit Rating Agency and Business information business.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders and acting as the touchpoint with senior management regarding analytics operations.
  • Coaching and supporting junior colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics or Finance having quantitative disciplines. A PhD degree in a quantitative field for the above will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the design and development of analytical solutions in credit and risk management (e.g. rating models, IFRS 9 impairment models etc.).
  • Good knowledge of the finance or non-finance industry processes
  • Strong financial analysis skills, professional certifications will be considered as a plus.
  • Ability to actively and independently search for and propose solutions to risk management problems and make and formulate independent judgement on problems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication (e.g. presentation skills, ability to summarize complex cases, etc.)
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of main statistical analysis packages (e.g. SAS, R, Python, etc.)
  • Passion for learning and taking initiatives to build leadership skills.
