Responsibilities- Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to understand their IT support and cybersecurity needs, providing tailored solutions.
- Support clients in the implementation and optimization of cybersecurity measures and IT support practices.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of IT security best practices and tools.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to contribute to service enhancements and product improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and enhance overall service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the IT and cybersecurity sectors.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in consulting, customer support, or IT solutions is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and IT support practices.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Genuine enthusiasm for enhancing client security and IT support.
- Familiarity with IT tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
