We are currently on the lookout for a Spanish Speaking Consultant for our Online Ticketing & Event Services Department. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the events industry and have a strong understanding of online ticketing solutions directed towards the Spanish-speaking market.
Responsibilities- Provide expert support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding their needs in online ticketing systems and event services.
- Assist clients in optimizing their ticketing processes and enhancing overall event management strategies.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing ticketing practices and recommend effective solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of tailored ticketing solutions.
- Guide clients on compliance with local event regulations and applicable laws.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies within the ticketing and events industry to offer informed recommendations.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in online ticketing, event management, or a consulting role within the events sector.
- Strong understanding of ticketing platforms and best practices for event services.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on deriving actionable insights for clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with project management and CRM tools is preferred.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
