Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Document interactions with customers accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and elevate the customer experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to further your skills and knowledge.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive and flexible mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace the local culture.
