Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to improving customer service processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of the company's offerings.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
