About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding market reach. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, fostering high performance.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales budget and optimize resources for business expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on business development and sales leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in market expansion and international client management is a plus.
