Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate Nordic language content for adherence to community guidelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify and escalate instances of inappropriate or harmful content in a timely manner.
  • Provide insightful feedback on content performance and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with content creators and moderation teams to enhance content strategies.
  • Document analysis results and generate reports for team evaluation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in content moderation.
  • Engage actively in team discussions and contribute insights to improve content quality.

Requirements

  • Proficient in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in content moderation, review, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective information sharing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and analytical tools is a plus.
  • A proactive approach towards problem-solving and continual improvement.
