Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze Italian content to ensure compliance with community standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate or harmful content effectively.
  • Provide detailed feedback and insights on content performance and relevance.
  • Collaborate with content creators and moderation teams to improve content strategies.
  • Document analysis findings and prepare reports for team discussions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and community guidelines.
  • Engage in team meetings to share insights and contribute to content strategy enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in content review, analysis, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and analytical tools is a plus.
