This role is perfect for individuals with a strong understanding of business software and customer relationship management systems, who are eager to help clients optimize their software solutions to drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Consult with German-speaking clients to assess their business software requirements and CRM needs.
- Provide expert guidance on the selection, implementation, and optimization of business software and CRM solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of clients' existing systems, providing tailored recommendations for enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal development teams to ensure effective configuration and integration of software solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower clients in using their business software effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and updates to offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and support.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in consulting for business software and CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, business software applications, and related technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software integration processes.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple clients and projects efficiently.
