JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading company in Pharmaceutical industry is looking for a: Engineering & EHS Coordinator.

Main duties & key responsibilities:
  • Διενέργεια και συντονισμός διακριβώσεων εξοπλισμού (calibration), έκδοση των αντίστοιχων πρωτόκολλων και αναφορών βάσει των Κανόνων Καλής Παρασκευής (GMP) – εξοπλισμού, εγκαταστάσεων ή βοηθητικών συστημάτων για τις αντίστοιχες δραστηριότητες.
  • Διαχείριση του calibration που συνδέονται άμεσα με όλες τις δραστηριότητες Επικύρωσης/Αξιολόγησης που σχετίζονται με τον εξοπλισμό αρμοδιότητας του.
  • Διενέργεια δοκιμών Qualification (Installation/Operation/Performance) νέου και υφιστάμενου εξοπλισμού Παραγωγής/Συσκευασίας και σύνταξη των αντίστοιχων πρωτόκολλων διενέργειας και αναφορές των αποτελεσμάτων.
  • Διενέργεια και έκδοση αναφορών απόκλισης (deviations)
  • Πραγματοποίηση εκπαιδεύσεων σχετικά με τις διαδικασίες Υγιεινής & Ασφάλειας, και Περιβάλλοντος (EHS) στο εμπλεκόμενο προσωπικό, όπου αυτό κρίνεται απαραίτητο.
  • Διαχείριση των παραγγελιών του τεχνικού τμήματος.
  • Διασφάλιση των απαιτούμενων διαδικασιών EHS που έχουν δημιουργηθεί, οργανωθεί και διατηρηθεί σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις των συστημάτων διαχείρισης ISO 14001 και ISO
  • Διαχείριση, δημιουργία και διατήρηση H/M σχεδίων των εγκαταστάσεων και των συστημάτων παραγωγής της εταιρείας σύμφωνα με τους κανόνες της τέχνης, της επιστήμης και τις πρακτικές GMP.
  • Υποστήριξη του τεχνικού τμήματος σε νέα έργα και στις διαδικασίες/πρόγραμμα συντηρήσεων εξοπλισμού του εργοστασίου.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου ΤΕΙ / Δίπλωμα AEI Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ή συναφές.
  • Επιθυμητή η γνώση σχεδιαστικού προγράμματος AutoCad.
  • Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 2 έτη σε τμήμα παραγωγής ή συντήρησης βιομηχανίας (κατά προτίμηση στον τομέα φαρμάκων ή τροφίμων).
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στη δημιουργία σχετικών με το αντικείμενο, διαδικασιών, πρωτοκόλλων και αναφορών.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και Η/Υ.
