Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Reality (VR) & Augmented Reality (AR) Department. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about cutting-edge technology and dedicated to providing exceptional support to users of our VR and AR products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions related to VR and AR applications.
  • Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices for optimal usage of VR and AR technologies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for ongoing improvement.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in VR and AR technology to offer knowledgeable support.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in technology, gaming, or related industries.
  • A strong interest in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward and engaging manner.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
