We are looking for a team and goals oriented, customer excellence driven individual to join our Customer Excellence Team.

Your Mission:

  • Organizing Operations and Customer communication for New Leasing Cars Deliveries
  • Analyzing internal data (Car Availability, Sales Objectives, Budget) to efficiently organize the team in achieving monthly targets
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer interactions across multiple touchpoints, with emphasis in Garages
  • Analyzing customer feedback, surveys, and data to identify customer pain points to improve the customer experience
  • Collaborating with various teams (e.g. Car Procurement, Leasing Sales, Garages, Contact Center) to identify opportunities
  • Creating and overseeing customer experience initiatives and projects that aim to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Managing and leading Customer Experience team

Requirements

  • University Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
  • At least basic understanding on IT Systems
  • Team spirit combined with strong business ethics and reliability
  • Leading and organizing a team of people with various profiles and personalities
  • Advance Analytical and Problem-Solving skills (Excel, CFMS, BI, Dashboards)
  • Strong Communication & Listening Skills
  • Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities while focusing on detail
  • Empathy and passion for customer experience
  • Ability to suggest improvements and take initiative
