We are seeking a talented Security Solutions Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping customer engagements within our security systems division.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our sales, product, engineering, and professional services organizations to support the acquiring and managing of our customer base.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to design competitive solutions that meet customer needs
  • Manage technical aspects of opportunities and lead the evaluation process
  • Present solutions tied to specific customer requirements
  • Manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously
  • Monitor customer and market trends to develop effective sales and marketing activities
  • Contribute to the identification and development of new market opportunities
  • Complete technology demonstrations and interpret prospect project requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum three years of experience as a Presales Engineer in the security market or five years as a Project/Commissioning Manager on large-scale fire and security projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to describe complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Flexible and adaptive to new situations
  • Demonstrated experience in managing all aspects of the technical sale
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
  • Strong interpersonal skills, innovative approach, flexible, proactive, service-minded, and a strong team player
  • Experience in integrating security technology solutions
  • Ability to travel (10%)
