Job Description :
As an SME Business Development Advisor at INTELIQUA, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying and nurturing opportunities within small and medium-sized enterprises. You'll work closely with prospective clients to understand their unique needs, deliver tailored solutions, and build strong, lasting relationships that contribute to our company's success in the customer loyalty space.
Main Responsibilities :
- Understand Client Needs: Identify challenges and business objectives of SME clients and provide customized solutions aligned with their growth goals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to promote INTELIQUA's solutions and value proposition.
- Sales Meetings: Conduct sales meetings with prospective customers both via web calls and in person to present solutions and advance opportunities.
- Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth: Engage in structured prospecting activities to build a strong sales pipeline within the SME segment.
- Opportunity Management: Qualify, develop, and convert promising leads into long-term client relationships.
- Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close impactful deals.
- Market Awareness: Stay up to date with technology trends, competitive landscape, and customer loyalty industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the SME segment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Consultative selling mindset with excellent listening and questioning skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
