Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding smart home products, installation processes, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the company's system.
- Stay updated on the latest smart home technologies and product offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to address complex issues and enhance overall service quality.
- Promote a positive and engaging customer experience, representing the company's values in all interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the technology or smart home sector.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for technology and a drive to help customers incorporate smart solutions into their lives.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
