Βασική Αποστολή Θέσης:

Ο Construction Projects Officer θα συμμετέχει στην αποτελεσματική λειτουργία και οργάνωση του Τμήματος Κατασκευαστικών Έργων με κύριο στόχο την διασφάλιση και την συνεχή βελτίωση της ποιότητας των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών (μελέτες ΣΑΥ, ΦΑΥ, ΕΕΚ, ΣΟΔΑΥΕ, Κατασκευαστικά έργα κ.α.).

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Αξιολόγηση τεχνικών προδιαγραφών διαγωνισμών και αιτημάτων πελατών για λήψη υπηρεσιών, σύνταξη και υποβολή οικονομοτεχνικών προσφορών
  • Σύνταξη μελετών (ΣΑΥ, ΦΑΥ, ΣΟΔΑΥΕ) ή τεχνικών αναφορών σχετικών με τα Τεχνικά – Κατασκευαστικά έργα 
  • Οικονομοτεχνική παρακολούθηση υλοποίησης έργων (οργάνωση, τιμολόγηση, παρακολούθηση εξόδων κλπ)
  • Επιμόρφωση σε θέματα νομοθεσίας που αφορούν τεχνικά και κατασκευαστικά έργα
  • Συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία ανεύρεσης και αξιολόγησης συνεργατών
  • Τακτική επικοινωνία, καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη των συνεργατών που υποστηρίζουν τα τεχνικά και κατασκευαστικά έργα
  • Διαχείριση αιτημάτων – παραπόνων πελατών και δημιουργία αξιόπιστων σχέσεων
  • Αποτελεσματική αλληλεπίδραση με τα συνεργαζόμενα τμήματα για την ομαλή υλοποίηση τεχνικών και κατασκευαστικών έργων

Requirements

Εκπαίδευση – Γνώσεις:
  • Δίπλωμα Μηχανικού ΑΕΙ (κατά προτίμηση Πολιτικού ή Μηχανολόγου) ή  Πτυχιούχος ΤΕΙ (κατά προτίμηση Μηχανικός Δομικών Έργων ή Μηχανολόγος)
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office
  • Καλή γνώση της Νομοθεσίας ΥΑΕ για Τεχνικά και κατασκευαστικά έργα
Εμπειρία:
  • 2 έτη εμπειρία σε κατασκευαστικά έργα.
  • 2 έτη εμπειρία σε θέματα υγείας και ασφάλειας σε κατασκευαστικά έργα
