Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about products, services, and support related to the German car industry.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues that arise effectively.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to find solutions and support for customer inquiries.
- Maintain expert knowledge of German automotive products and services to provide accurate information.

Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- A strong passion for the automotive industry with a good understanding of German car brands.

- Previous experience in customer service or automotive sales is a plus.
