We are currently looking for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for Online Content Creators. This role is suitable for those who are passionate about online content and enjoy providing exceptional support to creative individuals and businesses.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking content creators through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to content management, platform usage, and service features.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries to ensure a satisfying user experience.
- Document customer interactions and coordinate with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Educate customers on best practices for maximizing their use of the platform and available tools.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and features in online content creation to provide accurate assistance.
- Collect feedback from clients to foster ongoing service enhancement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the online services or content creation industry.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor in client interactions.
- Good problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Familiarity with customer support software and social media platforms is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
