Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat interactions.
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to foster a supportive and effective working environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture.
  • Positive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers.
