Responsibilities- Consult with German-speaking clients to identify their online security needs and propose suitable software solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing cybersecurity infrastructures and recommend actionable improvements.
- Deliver training and support to clients to ensure they effectively use their security software.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented security solutions and provide insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the efficient deployment and integration of security measures.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to address any concerns and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the cybersecurity industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in a cybersecurity consulting role, particularly involving online security software.
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity concepts, strategies, and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and evaluate client needs effectively.
- Ability to simplify complex security concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and cybersecurity tools.
- Self-driven and proactive in managing and developing client relationships.
