Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and manage back-office inquiries from users on the social media platform.
  • Assist users with account issues and provide solutions promptly.
  • Ensure content moderation is in line with platform policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve user satisfaction and experience.
  • Keep detailed records of all user interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Support reporting and analysis on user engagement metrics.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support or back-office roles is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and user engagement practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and general office software applications.
