Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Streaming TV

We are currently looking for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Streaming TV & Movie Services Department. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about television and movies, and who enjoy helping customers navigate their streaming experience in their native Nordic languages.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to clients within the Nordic region regarding streaming TV and movie services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to subscriptions, account management, content availability, and troubleshooting issues.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure a positive viewing experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records of inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex service issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Keep customers informed about new features, content releases, and promotional offers.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements in services and user experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, ideally in the streaming, entertainment, or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and common office applications.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
