Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to Lithuanian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to continually grow your skills and knowledge.
  • Offer constructive feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and positive mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture.
