Retail Judicial Specialist

Job Mission
The Retail Judicial Specialist, reporting to the Unsecured Judicial Frontline Team Leader, undertakes a range of day-to-day activities to support the management of rescheduled auctions.
Main Responsibilities
- Manages pre-notation of mortgage and seizure cases, ensuring their completion on time and in line with the Company's policies and objectives.
- Analyzes Excel files retrieved from the system (Qualco Banking) or third parties (e.g., Law Firms).
- Conducts data analysis to support decision-making and develops automations and models to improve reporting accuracy.
- Communicates with assigned Law Firms and oversees the respective portfolio.
- Collaborates effectively with other departments across the Company.
- Adheres to the Company's Code of Ethics and ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or any other Business-related studies
- 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative roles within financial services.
- Solid knowledge of auction management and experience in legal analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Excellent command of MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
