Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Record customer interactions accurately to contribute to service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance your knowledge of products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong passion for customer service and technology.
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
