In this engaging role, you will support Polish-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and assisting with technical issues related to smart home products. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding smart home technology, installation guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions clearly in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Stay informed about product updates, features, and company policies to assist customers accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in technology or related industries, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work well independently and in a team environment.
