Η ManpowerGroup Greece, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, κατασκευαστικής εταιρείας που παρέχει ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις σχεδιασμού, υλοποίησης και διαχείρισης έργων ΑΠΕ, αναζητά έναν Service Area Supervisor.

Τοποθεσία: Αθήνα
Μοντέλο Εργασίας: On-site
Αναφέρεται: Department Head

Τι θα χρειαστεί να κάνεις:

  • Διαχείριση ομάδων τεχνικών συντήρησης/επικεφαλής ομάδων στον τομέα ευθύνης.
  • Εποπτεία της εφαρμογής των μέτρων υγείας και ασφάλειας καθώς και της περιβαλλοντικής συμμόρφωσης στις εργασίες του έργου σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα ISO της εταιρείας.
  • Υπεύθυνος επικοινωνίας με τον πελάτη.
  • Διαχείριση δραστηριοτήτων στα έργα, κατανομή πόρων, ανταλλακτικών και εργαλείων με την υποστήριξη των επικεφαλής ομάδων.
  • Υποβολή εβδομαδιαίων/μηνιαίων αναφορών, εσωτερικά και προς τον πελάτη.
  • Έλεγχος κόστους δραστηριοτήτων στην περιοχή ευθύνης.
  • Επιτόπιες επισκέψεις στις ανεμογεννήτριες για αξιολόγηση της κατάστασης και της ποιότητας των εργασιών, καθώς και τεχνική υποστήριξη όταν απαιτείται.
  • Συντονισμός με τα τμήματα διοίκησης/προγραμματισμού, υγείας & ασφάλειας και τεχνικής υποστήριξης για την ομαλή παροχή υπηρεσιών στην περιοχή ευθύνης.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανικού, κατά προτίμηση Ηλεκτρολογικής ή Μηχανολογικής κατεύθυνσης.
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση, ιδανικά στον κλάδο των ανεμογεννητριών.
  • Άριστες γνώσεις Η/Υ και Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση προσωπικού.
  • Προώθηση της κουλτούρας υγείας και ασφάλειας μέσω παραδειγματικής ηγεσίας και ανάπτυξης διαδικασιών.
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα συντονισμού μεγάλων ομάδων τεχνικών και μηχανικών.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης περιστατικών υπό χρονική πίεση και προσανατολισμός στην επίλυση προβλημάτων.
  • Δυνατότητα περιοδικών ταξιδιών στα έργα ευθύνης.
