Designer 3D Modeler

Are you a technically-minded 3D Designer with experience in construction detailing?
Do you have solid knowledge of materials and how to use them efficiently in design?

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a construction company specializing in structural and decorative solutions for interior space configuration is seeking a Designer 3D / Modeler.

Location: Aspropyrgos, West Attica

You will be reporting to: Department Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and detailed 3D models.
• Conduct basic cost analysis to ensure proposed designs and materials align with budget constraints.
• Recommending materials and design solutions that optimize resources without compromising quality.
• Support the design process with cost-efficient alternatives and contribute to project budgeting.
• Collaborate effectively with the Civil Engineering team of the client.
• Work efficiently as part of a team.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience in a relevant position (in the construction field)
• Technical background.
• Good technical knowledge:

- AutoCAD

- 3D design software

- Rhino 3D

• Excellent technical understanding, skilled in interior layout design and highly experienced in construction detailing and structural analysis.
• Cost awareness and knowledge of materials commonly used in design and construction.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Knowledge of MS office tools.
